    When I feel any symptoms of a cold ,flu coming on, I start taking right away. Find it helps recover from cold/flu symptoms much faster .Builds my immune system up especially winter months. Would go a far as I should take it all year round.

    I absolutely LOVE these capsules as taking liquid elderberry doesn't always go down well. The added ingredients are a bonus to keep me healthy and well. Definitely a staple product taken year round in my household.

    Elderberry is a powerful antiviral which has been proven in double-blind, placebo-controlled studies to prevent and shorten the duration of some strains of the influenza virus, and as someone who has taken Proberry Caps for years now at the first sign of feeling ill, as well as after any exposure to sick people, I can tell you definitively that it almost always turns around anything I'm coming down with before it has a chance to take hold. The ingredients are pure, high-quality and very potent. I panic if I run out of Proberry Caps during flu season, and I keep it around all year long as my "security detail". I love the stuff.
