I only use this product occasionally when invited to eat out and knowingly the food choices will be challenging for me. I have an extremely sensitive body which lets me know loud and clearly when I have eaten food outside my blood B type and also having to contend with diabetes. Deflect taken 2-3 capsules before a small meal outside my blood type prevents the belly cramps and stomach irritation (severe heart burn, nausea and vomiting at times) I have used Deflect on and off for over a year now. The only problem is to remember to take it when ingesting a food not well tolerated by blood type

I have been using Deflect B to aid in my weightloss. I have tried everything literally to lose weight. My metabolism was at a stand still. After a few months I started losing weight to my amazement. So, far I have lost almost 30lbs in eight months. Of course, I changed my diet, and started exercising. I follow the diet plan for b+ blood type.
