We offer the following Returns Policy:

Providing the highest quality service and products to our customers is our first priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return the product(s) only purchased directly through our store, under the following conditions :

Returned items must be authorized by within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Returned product(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Returned items are subject to a 15% processing fee. Refunds and applicable taxes will be in the form of a store credit towards future orders. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Policies:

All orders are shipped out by Canada Post Expidited Parcel. Other delivery methods may used at our discretion. Depending on your delivery location, complete in stock orders arrive to your door within 1 to 5 business days (FOB Toronto).

If items are not all in stock at time of purchase, we will hold the order up to three business days until stock is replenished to complete the order and will ship the order out complete. If after three business days , the backordered items are not in to fill your order, we will ship and bill what is in stock and notify you when the balance will be in. No additional shipping charges will apply to backordered products
