Q. How quickly does my order arrive?
A: Orders are shipped FOB Toronto by Canada Expedited Post which depending on the ship to address will take 1 (Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal) to 5 (Vancouver, St John's)working days to arrive presuming all the products on the order are in stock . ABO Essentials from time to time will spilt ship orders if one or more items on the order are on backorder

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to  Customer Service (bottom right corner of home page). At the bottom you will see a box asking you to enter your order confirmation number you received by email when you originally placed your order. If you still cannot view the status of your order, please call toll free 1-866-373-6476 and we will gladly tell you

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: What are the benefits of registering?
A: The benefits are many...you can see a record of your past purchases...you will see a Canada Post tracking number on shipped orders which you can trace by going to www.canadapost.ca. You also haver the abilty to save your cart to purchase for another day.
