Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service. At the bottom you will see a box asking you to enter your order confirmation number you received by email when you originally palced your order. If you still cannot view the status of your order, please call toll free 1-866-373-6476 and we will gladly tell you

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
