Bromelain (180 caps)



Bromelain is a natural enzyme found in the pineapple plant, known widely as a digestive enzyme. However, numerous European studies have shown Bromelain to be an effective anti-inflammatory in helping to accelerate recovery from the temporary pain and swelling that sometimes occurs after exercise and sports activities. Bromelain is an effective aid in maintaining tissue health.

Dosage:

For use as a digestive aid, 500mg with meals is the recommended dosage. For other uses, the following dosages are recommended.
  • Traumatic injuries - 500 mg, 4 x a day on empty stomach
  • Cardivascular disease - 500 to 750 mg, 3 x per day on empty stomach
  • Joint Infllammation - 500 to 2000 mg a day in two doses
  • Antitumor activity - 1000 mg a day
